Solution 1

You cannot. This is a setting in the browser, and you cannot change that.

You can, however, tell the user that there are many popups on your site so they know they should turn them on if the site is not working properly.

But that popup page is my website popup and must be open in front of end User..
and there are so many users that they dont know ,how to unblock popups..

so have you any idea, how to default set unblock popups of own websites..
