How to Add Node as parent to the select node

If you have some tree shape like this:

If I right click on any node I should have three options:

Task Name
Super level node
Same level node
Sub level node

If you choose Super level node you should able to create a node super node from selected node.

Similarly If you choose same level node you should able to create a node same level node from selected node.

finally If you choose Sub level node you should able to create a node sub level node from selected node.

Similarly you can edit or delete.
