Create a web app that offers a gift card when the user sends in something

I am trying to create a web app that will give you a 100$ reward when you send something in the website. When I go to gift card websites, they assume that I want to only give a reward when someone buys something.

Nothing we can do about that. Maybe contact them to let them know what you are trying to do? I'm sure they'd like people to give them idea for new features.

So, what have you tried so far[^]?

The question is nothing more than the "functional requirements" which you were given.

I would appreciate if you understand that this people in this community help each other to learn and excel in the activities. Members of this community are not paid to participate and have their own jobs, business as well.

Please go back and show us what you have tried, what challenges you are facing and then come back with a specific question where you are stuck as. I am sure someone would help you.
