How to control output of

Hello.

I have a swipe Magnetic stripe reader (MSR250HK).
When I connect it in Device Manager shows me that is: USB Input Device.

The device works as follows:
1) swipe card on the devices
2) displays on screen in a writing area only.

I would like to know is there a way to get the output string that comes from the swiped card
