Solution 1

AFAIK there is no installer provided in the express edition.

There are several alternatives which can be found using your favourite search engine using the title of your post as the search text.

For example:

Why not use Visual Studio Community 2013?

VS 2013 gives you the opportunity to use InstallShield LE.
