I learned touch typing through a typewriter. Since I type pretty fast at around 5 to 6 keys per seconds, stress on the hands has been accompanied with me for years. The best ergonomic keyboard I had was Belkin ergonomic keyboard. Unfortunately it was out of production long ago, and supports only ps2
