If you look above, he wants to reuse a couple of controls, BUT he wants to rename them every time. He has absolutely no idea.

I am pleased that you're too stupid to make your spam program work.

This will get you a lot of spam. Ironic, really.
Also, there's not a single line of code here that is javascript, or that is a counter. So, you don't appear to be making sense.

Forget google. If you don't know this, you know nothing about web dev. I assume you're teaching yourself, it's not possible you're in a class, let alone charging for code. Well, it IS possible, but if it's true, it's a disgrace.
If you want to know ASP.NET, buy a book and learn these basics, because you need to have some sort of knowledge to be able to understand and apply the answers we give here.

Hi All,
I am deploying a .net framework 1.1 based web site, which is configured under a parent site(using 2.0 framework).
here problem is that my site(child one) is inheriting all web.config thing in parent site, out of which some of the config keys, i do not want to get inherited.
for this i am using <remove> tag with key names(of parent config file) to remove them in my site but it's not working for me as key is still being inherited.
My code is like this:
<configSections>
<remove name="nametoremove"/>
<section name="abc"......something/>
<configSections/>
So in summary i want to know is <remove> tag supported in .net framework 1.1? if not then does any one of you have any idea what is equivalent tag/keyword for 1.1.

How did you store that ?

i have written this codde on button click....
BarcodeProfessional1.Code=txtbarcode.Text;
DataSet ds = new DataSet("MyDataSet");
DataTable dt = new DataTable("MyTable");
ds.Tables.Add(dt);
DataColumn dc = new DataColumn("BarcodeImage", typeof(byte[]));
dt.Columns.Add(dc);
DataRow dr = dt.NewRow();
dr["BarcodeImage"] = BarcodeProfessional1.GetBarcodeImage(System.Drawing.Imaging.ImageFormat.Gif);
dt.Rows.Add(dr);
string s = Server.HtmlDecode(ds.GetXml());
Literal1.Text = Server.HtmlDecode(ds.GetXml());
SqlConnection conn = new SqlConnection(ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["Barcode"].ConnectionString);
string str = "Insert Into Product(ProductName,ProductDescrip,ProductQty,ProductPrice,Barcode)Values('" + txtname.Text + "','" + txtdescrip.Text + "','" + TxtQty.Text + "','" + txtPrice.Text + "','" + s + "')";
SqlCommand cmd = new SqlCommand(str, conn);
conn.Open();
cmd.ExecuteNonQuery();
conn.Close();

This is utterly ridiculous. Where did you find this code, because it's plain you have no idea what you're doing.
You've stored some XML, from the look of it. So you need to look at that XML and try to work out if it's remotely possible to get your image back. OR you can ditch this crap and write proper code to store your barcode as an image, if that's what you want. This is a disaster.
Also, your code is just plain terrible. SQL in the middle of no-where ? String building for SQL ? I can erase your database, just by accessing the form that enters barcodes.

Visual Inheritance is used in windows applications. It allows forms to derive from other forms. This is helpful when there are common areas which all forms share.
I don't think it is used extensively as other alternative methods are much better.
