I updated an article but somehow it is out of the "Articles needing approval list" for some reasons.
I don't want to re-submit it since it will create a new version of it. What is the best approach to re-list it there?
The particular article is here.

There's no problem with creating a new version. We have plenty of database space!

The article has been removed since it's more of a blog discussion rather than an article-level technical blog post.

Hello All,
I have written an article where I have collected and tested a list of tips and tricks which could be very helpful for JavaScript developers, after submission I have received an email that notify "the article deleting" because I have used some codes from another articles.
I have taken a look to the article submission guidelines, and I have found that I should add copyright or references to articles and books, have you any examples how to add them ?
I need to know what I should do to publish this article because it take me time and effort and now it's not accepted
Thanks

If you are just copying from other articles then it is not your own work. Also if it is something that is already published then other people should be able to find it the same way you did. Articles should be based on work that you have done yourself, not just the result of searching the internet or books for what others have done.

Well it's still not your own work.

If you are copying from work that is covered by copyright, you cannot publish it here. It's as simple as that.

It's under this license : , [^] where it's written that I could :
Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
I think that now my article should be approved !
Thanks

Creative Commons may not apply to all of your source material if it comes from books. The publishers and authors retain copyright. Unless you can prove that copyright is not an issue in any of the parts of your article, it will not be approved.
|
|
|
|
|
The reason of deleting was the article with Creative Commons license, so now my article should be accepted if this reason still not valid, if you have any other thing that I should prove, I have no problem to prove it !

You claim that part of your article takes tips from books, and we only have your word that the Creative Commons article is the only one you are linking out to. If the article is posted and you post anything at all that is covered by copyright then CodeProject is the site that is pursued for allowing copyright content to be posted.
So, in order to let this in, you will have to list all of the sources for each tip so that we can check that you are not breaching copyright. And we do check.

Okay, I'll repost the article and add the sources in a comment for the editor
|
|
|
|
|
I would add them as a section at the bottom if I were you. The people who have to approve your article won't see editor notes.

I'm trying to figure out the best place to categorize a node.js article.
I can't seem to find an established category. any recommendations?

Hello,
I have setup synchronized my technical blog with Code Project. Recently I have faced following issue.
I wrote following blog in my wordpress blog site and it synchronized to the codeproject.
Emoji and web application[^]
Few days later, I have updated the wordpress blog, But the updated content was not synchronized to the code project. Therefore, I edit the code project article but it still in the "Composing" status.
Please see below for my updated article

Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

At the top right of your article, there's a section that says Status : Composing. You click the pen beside it to edit it - I've updated it to change the status to Available.
