If there is a reasonable amount of information (a page or more of A4 in a normal font size) then PDF. Don't use word: not everybody has a copy, or wants a copy. PDF is portable, free and efficient (none of which can reasonably be applied to Word). Excel is not a good format for release notes, as it's text handling is a bit basic.
Then, I would go with Richard, and email a quick note with a link to the PDF on your website.

I am trying to attach c# application to poker client table window, so i could read visible hand? Can anyone give me idea how to read visible cards.. is it possible behind the code or should i recognize it through recording?

What do you mean by "visible hand"? Does your program control the actual cards on display, or do you mean you want to capture the window image of some other program, and somehow interpret it from a picture? Try and be clearer with your question.

I think he means he wants to look at a web-based game of poker and see what cards are in play. He should be able to pick up his own cards, but I don't think it will help much if he is planning on "enhancing" his chances of winning...

Yeah i want to get hands which i have in moment of playing and also hands on flop, turn and river. So i could calculate possibilities.. I don't know how poker sites have their clients protected, but if there is no chance to get it directly from server what options do i have?

I think you have buckleys chance of doing this. Gambling, like porn sites tend to lead the industry in technology and as a level playing field (for the players anyway) is incredibly important to the gambling site I an bloody sure they are not going to allow easy access to their server or via the client.

About first question you asked, you can include MS office excel object libraryand write:
Excel.Worksheet workSheet = (Excel.Worksheet)workBook.ActiveSheet;
Not sure about second requirement.

IIRC there are about 5 different ways of opening a sheet/book/etc. You need to find some samples and work out which method you need. This generally takes a load of reaserch into articles and samples etc.

I dunno, I use ADO.net and the OleDb connector to read and write Excel and I don't think it will do everything you want.

I'm trying to write a UI in C# for an existing Access database.
1.I've connected to Northwind sample database according to MSDN tutorial:

3.I added a button and assigned to it code that modifies an entry in the database.
4.The code for the form looks like this:

Their might be lots of problem. Without seeing your Db update code,
No one can help.
a) You are not even interacting with DB !
b) Query for update is wrong !
etc etc...
download MSDN sample you had mentioned in your post.
try to play/explore with it then imply/mimic the same in your app.
