I agree with this (the scene in the Pub).
I only like to mention, for this reported case, SA answered objectively and was not rude. I would also say, I do not remember a situation where SA was rude, but I remember a lot of situations he was rebuking OPs (boah, I hope this was the right word....). And that I think is finally the reason that some members (incl. me in the past) punches back.
