Depends who deleted it - if it was the OP, then it may have been that he worked it out himself, and didn't need it any more; or it may be that it was answered and he wanted to hide the question from his class mates / tutor.
If it was another member, then it was a high ranking one - Subeditor, Protector, Editor, or Admin - because the question was deleted not closed by reports.
Generally speaking, I don't think anyone in that group randomly deletes questions (I do delete some, but mostly they are reposts) so I'd suspect the OP - but only staff can tell you: perhaps @sean-ewington can tell you, he has access to the DB to find out!

I was just looking at that. Maybe it's just a very poorly written article? I'm really not sure. There is no reference to any website or company or anything that I would consider spam. But is definitely off topic for CodeProject.
