Experience has shown that even a simple project like the one I was thrusting upon her would eventually need a feature that could only be accomplished by such hooking.

Here is my situation. I am having problems logging into Paypal. When I enter my credentials I get the page that says
Swampwiz, we’re looking out for you
A device or location recently used to log in appears unusual to us.
Just to be safe, let’s change your security details to help prevent your account from being used without your knowledge.
which after hitting Continue gets to page with an asterisk that spins around and hangs.
I go to the page that supposedly gives the telephone number to call for help[^] and click on the link for Call Us, and the new page hangs.
I do a search and find that there is a number to call +18882211161, and when I call (via Skype) there is the message that says this is not a working number.
I try and send an E-mail as per the website, but of course, I have to login to be able to do that.
I go to the Paypal Community and try to post this issue, but it forces me to login first.
I seem to have run of options. Certainly, there must be a way to send a general E-mail to someone who can somehow get help. I'd appreciate it if someone that works for Paypal, or knows someone who does, etc., can figure out a way for me to contact. Thanks.

From what I've seen so far, Iceland deserves to be where they got. They are far from having stolen their results.

I've been saying for days that Iceland would turn us over, so I suppose I'm the only Englishman to have done anything right tonight!

Maybe time for a younger manager and give them time to grow the... oh f*** it, who am I kidding? They'll pick some old duffer who'll play like it was 1966 and screw around with the team so no one has a clue what to do.
Maybe tempt the magic one? Or Pochetinno. I don't care of the manager isn't English: I just want him/her to win something!

Isn't Merlin still wandering the lanes around Glastonbury waiting for the one with the sword to re-emerge?
On a serious note I'm not sure any manager in the world can get a winning side out of our fundamentally flawed football structure. By the time the players get to the point of being available it's usually far too late. There is no consistency across the levels and coaches are rarer than hen's teeth. Iceland has 185 FIFA A-licence coaches, England 1190, only 6 times as many for a population 160 times greater. Spain, with a similar population to England has over 13000. Even our most talented players therefore arrive in the international arena essentially clueless.
