Coincidence in your case. Does it on Chrome too, but it's intermittent.

It is coming and going with such short intervals that the one minute it works on Edge but not on FireFox, the next minute it is the other way around.
If you try again, maybe Edge will work, but not Chrome.
Or maybe, at any given moment it will work, or fail, in all browsers, but since you cannot make both browsers make their requests at exactly the same time, what appears to be browser dependent is just a very fast state switch / fluctuation in the server.
It has been that way all day today. Revert to the basic loop: "While (failure) Try Again".

I was receiving the same earlier. Looks like I don't have voting or response buttons right now.

Looks like the response buttons are there again. Interesting - this response broke CSS.

Sort of back in but seeing "Upvote" and "Pin" against messages instead of the icons
Back to normal as soon as I clicked "Post" - interesting

A discussion with friends led me to make a short list of extremely long lists like the list of command line options for the gcc compiler, and the champion: The full list of ffmpeg options.
But wasn't there some character set converter that could handle a huge number of different character codeset identifiers - many of which I had never heard of before?
I have tried all the search terms I can think of, but I am failing to find the name of the converter and/or the list of codeset identifiers. Can anyone help me find it?
(I am quite sure that I saw it at CP, and I believe the last half year or so, but it could have been more. I thought it was in the November discussion of ffmpeg options, but I don't see it there today!)

"ffmpeg -h full" goes way beyond what is shown in that article! Also, I was looking for the list for character code sets (and the next responder did hit the head on the nail).

Got a nice email from Uncle Msft offering me a "free" trial of ... TaDa... Windows 365. Wow, 30 days free on a cloud PC, how could you beat that?
So, clicky, clicky, userid, password, <enter>, password again (typo) <enter> and here we go.
Oops: "you haven't entered a payment method yet!! Give us your credit card numbers. We won't charge you. Unless, of course, you forget to cancel".
Me: Bye.
When someone "bites", let us know how it is up there in the world of Msft rent-a-PC.
Oh, BTW, there is a new Linux distro (Sdesk) that is going to take over the desktop. Bound to send penetration levels from 1.5 to 1.6%. Can't wait.
I guess it would be useful on all those W10 systems headed for the dumpster. Don't know why they need a new distro for that.
Now back to my Debian system and Windows VM's.

I hear your pain. Wife and I are thundering into "retirement." Doesn't mean we'll stop working, hell, she has 3 business proposals she's spinning already. Yes, it's tough to live with her. You have been warned.
I got pissed off at apple because they kept charging me for apple TV although I had cancelled it. After working for 30 minutes trying to figure out who to talk to in Apple, I sad f'this. (Chris Maunder, the elephant needs an upgrade) - I cancelled my credit card registered with apple and contested 4 months of charges, the blood sucking vampire. Turns out, I cannot get to the apple app store without a registered cc. Okayyyyyyyyyy, created a virtual CC (God bless Citi, but other cards support this as well). The virtual cc has a $1/month limit.
If you are signing up for some perpetual service, please use a virtual card.
