The Lounge is rated Safe For Work. If you're about to post something inappropriate for a shared office environment, then don't post it. No ads, no abuse, and no programming questions. Trolling, (political, climate, religious or whatever) will result in your account being removed.
Up to half the links in CP Lounge messages are blocked by my company's firewall...in fact, any site that attempts to access our gateway server gets bounced because that server is designated as inaccessible from external sources. (If I've abused the term "gateway server", please, be gentle).
They are good aren't they. I've had most of them for a couple of years and use Helios as my regular screen-saver. I used to use Fireworks but the sound used to turn itself on and off at a whim. When it first happened I, of course, fiddled with Control Panel and the volume controls, forgot where I'd left the volume and was sitting reading when it came back on, scared the cr@p out of me.

Any idea what are the differences between website extensions?? I'm considering to have a website with the extension .us while I'm not in the US but it's matching the name I want, any restrictions by the web hosts for some domain extensions considering what activity is taken by that website??
All generalizations are wrong, including this one!
I don't think this is quite true. I believe some of the 'extensions' (I can't remember the proper name...) that are associated with specific countries require you to be in that country. I haven't a clue how it's enforced, or which countries apply, though.
I downloaded one of those a while ago, and had to uninstall it because it had rendering problems, would fail to come up at all, or would outright crash Explorer. Oh, and it didn't work on XP x64. I wish I would've kept the URL; I'm not sure if that's the one...
I was thinking this must be a new product from Sun Microsystems you were talking about, and wondering why my friend who works at Sun hadn't told me that Sun had something top secret that was going to take over the industry. For a moment, I figured he must have stopped drinking the Kool Aid.
