Where's your math skills? The atrocity of September 11 happened in 2001. So, a voter today that would be too young to remember 9/11 (who is going to vote this year) would need to have been about 3 or 4 years old on 11 September 2001, making them 18 or 19 years old on 8 November 2016.
BTW, my son, who was 3 at the time, vividly remembers the attacks.

I can say with a high degree of probability that this man, his family, and his neighbors, will interpret this as a supernatural "sign," and that local Monks and "ghost doctors" (mor phii) will be consulted, offerings will be made, and some form of ritual (Buddhist and/or animist) may be carried out.
