And it gets even more intense when they try everything to make you want to leave or dig out anything that could possibly serve as justification, just to get off a little cheaper. I remember working in a place where they tried over a year to get under my thick hide. Simply firing me would have been easier and cheaper for them.

Well that's how I got it. I see people use LOLL as an alternative to LOL quite often and I always assumed it didn't really mean anything other than people just putting an extra L for emphasis! (which I now still believe). But after you used it I thought maybe it does actually stand for something specific, so I googled it...
I still didn't get it at first but just as I was about to give up and close my Google results I spotted the word "lounge", and it all made sense... LOLL
