For the difference SSDs make to what I do, they're not worth the loss of disc space (or the price for the space I need).
E.g. I booted this machine yesterday, because I installed a new disc. It won't be booted again until it absolutely has to be (read: only ever because of poorly-made windows updates), so boot-up and load-up times of apps don't bother me, and I'm maxed out on memory, so normal running/restarting apps wouldn't be much affected by an SSD.
SSDs are fine if you shut down your machine often and you don't need a lot of space, but they don't make too much difference, otherwise.

On my nice fast machine running firefox, after a new page, I see a brief flash as the popup appears then disapears, then all hovers after that result in a tiny (what looks like) 1px black dot about 10px the to and left of the user name, which vanishes when I move away.
F5 refresh the page, get the flash again (Literally half a second or less) then black dot.

That's really old news. When I soldered together my first computer, I took a simple cheap AM radio and could tune it to listen to the computer work. Sounds very much like an oldschool modem. If you think about what kind of a part AM radios use to receive electromagnetic waves...
In the 80s I worked in a top secret military installation with mainframe crt screens. They had a special fine wire mesh built into the glass. Apparently the old green text crt monitors gave off enough radiation that someone in a van parked outside could pick it up with sensors well enough to see the text.
So you have to plant magnetic sensors 100 to 150 cm from the CPU -- not the server, the CPU, which means that you magnetic sensor has to be within or very close to the server rack, and all you'll get is 40 bits (not bytes) per second.
Oh, and you won't know what those bits represent, because they're just 40 ones and zeroes per second being guessed at from what the CPU is doing, so they may or may not be related to the millions of Bytes of data flowing through the server at the same time.
Going by western governments' responses to other "threats to democracy" as great in scope as this, they will spend a few hundred billion each on promoting scare stories about it, and take away yet more of everyone's civil rights.

Pretty much none of the internet works without two directional data: to access a URL for example, you need to fetch data from a Domain Name Server to translate that to an IP address which is sent back from the internet to you - so with unidirectional internet you can't even use URL's (There is an African project that uses unidirectional internet via a satellite: https://telearn.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-00190216/document but it caches pages on a local server so it doesn't count)
And to establish a connection to your Router (to get a local IP so you can be talked at) requires two directional data as well.

ha ha ha, that reminds me of a stunt myself and a few folks pulled in the name of a project, back in my university days
The high street where we lived had a very prominent classical UK style ornate bank building belonging to a well known bank. They had standard wodden frame single pane glass windows in as was expected for the time period, and the cashiers desks where situated such that thier backs faced the windows, and thus so did the old CRT monitors they used at the time.
We sat outside the building for something like 3 hours with a couple of UHF antennas recording the stray radio signals leaking out of the windows, then we took them back to the university lab and recreated them, only to find we pretty much had intact information for a number of customers bank records.
Our lecturer made us take our findingd and present them to the bank (We where just going to destroy it all and not say a word) and upon doing so, the manager of the branch went mental, threatened us with the police and everything, even though we clearly explained what we'd been doing and why.
Anyway, eventually no action was taken, and one of our team who actually had his account at side branch, was forced to close his account and move to another bank.
The bank in question, suddenly closed for a month, while they did major overhauls, cash desks where moved, windows where double glazed, and mesh screen put in them, toughend glass etc, and everything inside was changed.
I also heard that said bank had initiated a country wide investigation to determine if other banks where to be changed in the same manner, and myself and my team mates where all banned from entering said premises or having an account with them.
Not a huge problem now however, as said bank no longer has a branch in my town, and in fact has closed many branches in a lot of towns over the years as well as undergone 2 name changes
