I read it. He's posting a message from someone else and he's saying he's proud of them. I'm responding that there's nothing wrong with self-improvement, but anyone that reads that and thinks "hey, I should do that too because it sounds (and says) healthy!" might want to know it's not so cut and dry.

But otherwise, continuing this off topic line of thought, before declaring many people hypochondriac, I like to bring your attention to the confirmed fact that food allergy are indeed on the rise. For totally unexplained and puzzling reasons...
A little off-topic to be fair. Just a caution to be responsible with health trends that aren't always healthy for everyone. I have a close nutritionist friend so I hear rants about these fad diets all the time
