Works for me. It does increase coupling between the dialog box and the Person class, but I don't see it as a problem in this case. The logic has to go some where.

Either you'll have to query the dialog box after it closes for whatever settings the user may have chosen or let the dialog box update the object directly. If you put the logic in the dialog box, just make sure it has enough information so that no invariants are broken by the user choices.
