This is a pretty good start http://www.food.com/recipe/cheese-and-onion-bread-in-the-bread-machine-98716[^] - I use wholemeal / white mix at 50/50, so you have to play with the water content to match your flour(s).

It's worth having a delay timer on the thing though - nothing gets you out of bed on a Saturday morning like the smell of fresh baked bread...Laugh | :laugh:

We got ours when Michelle was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and we put her on a very low salt diet (which meant that commercial bread was right out the window) It took me a month or two to come up with an acceptable recipe that uses no salt, but I haven't used it for years, after we got her stabilised and eventually off the pills.
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.
