It's the kind of web site that starts you off at a slow boil, and works you up to full blown anger pretty quickly.
For example:
The "current page" status is stored in cookies, but takes no account of the session - so if you open the "fantasy" books and then the "science fiction" books in a different tab, "Next page" on the "fantasy" tab takes you to Sci-fi page two.
Right clicking on a book link and "open in a new tab" opens the text "javascript:subform('item#9780141918853-6','')" rather than the book itself.
And so on...it's as if the site was constructed by the Forces of Evil to raise the level of annoyance in the world.
The universe is composed of electrons, neutrons, protons and......morons. (ThePhantomUpvoter)

I don’t think there is a software developer who doesn’t know what is “O'Reilly”. I just don’t like most of their "books". Or should I say “technical references”.

Your statement "You lost me there." implied you weren't familiar with the name.
