Being a pedantic sort of cruciverbalist, I would say your clue is stretching the rules somewhat. Using around to indicate an anagram, and also, to surround other words, is not really on.

I have to login to Google once every 3 months more or less...
Today was such day...
As is usual in those case I had no clue what my password is...
Thankfully the "I forgot my password" link let me reset my password....
Although....
All my 10 usual passwords or password mnemonic yielded "password that have been used recently, must choose another password" leading me into another cycle of anger and more forgotten password!
Google. I. Hate. You. And I also hate your stupid password policy!

Hey, I've got a novel idea: Why don't you try writing it down and saving it? 
I know it sounds ludacrous, because surely you can remember all eleventy seven passwords you have around the net by heart, right?
Just an idea from someone who has the same problem (and a few more important ones as well)...

I use Keeper[^], the good bit is that I only really need to remember one password as it keeps the rest and it will autofill too.
(I have no association with the company so not a sales push - rather it has been very useful to me)

One word of caution - avoid the 2 factor authentication if you go with this option and use an Android phone.
Not because of Keeper but because of google - something happened with my Android 2 factor authentication that broke the connection. I managed to fix things and removed 2fa from my phone.
While this was happening the people at Keeper replied promptly to my email asking if I had resolved the issue.

I use another trick. Append a number, and just change the number. Sequences can be:
1,2,3
11,22,33
10,20,30, ... 00
etc
Many of these password fascists accept cycles of length 10. Dunno about specifically about Big G.

Do you know how password hacking go ? This is not recommended at all, brute force algorithms love it.

I fail to see your point;
* It will always be harder for you to brute force my Pazz_Wrd11 than Pazz_Wrd.
* And if you have failed to brute force my Pzz_Word11 that knowledge will not help you brute force Pzz_Word22 after my change.
* Because you do not know - I might just as well have changed it from Smth_Els11 to Smth_Els22.
The only case where my strategy benefits your evil intentions  - is if you crack my first one. Then you will maintain access after the change. But the way I see it I am elephanted already at the first breach.

Here my point : if you happen to find a pwd with a xxxxxffff with ffff figures, you can easily configure the brute forcer to check that. So if all you passwd in the last century goes xxxxxxffff, the probability that one gets hacked and that you can derive others from it are much higher than when you change the pattern everytime.
All other points you mentioned are correct.
