Indeed. I dropped of my gf earlier this morning to go to her aunt's funeral in MI -- she died on Thursday too.

Yep.
back in 2012 my dad went into the Hospital laughing and joking and died 5 days later from heart failure.

Last April my 56 y/o brother walked into the local ER feeling ill. They measured a 50/0 BP and admitted him immediately. 36 hours later he died of the flu.
|

Get saved and it won't be a big thing having absolute confidence that death, which came via the fall off man, can then be just the threshold to eternity in heaven.

On one side it's sad, on the other it's liberating in my opinion. It allows us to live more freely and not give in to stupid rancors and to treasure each positive moment in our life.

When I had the stroke, I thought after 2 days on the floor, that I was a goner, but it didn't feel bad at all. I felt peacefull and ready to go.

No joke,
I lost a son-in-law last week, total surprise, he was supposedly in good health.
Of course I had a stroke 3 years ago. The doctior told me that people who havea massive stroke like me and don't get help within 4 hours, 90% die. I was on the floor for 2 days!
My younger brother was driving around town, felt pain in his chest and drove himself to the closest hospital. While in the ER, he had a major heart attack, they moved him up stairs and then put in 4 stents. Thankgully he's doing fine now!
One never knows, life can change or end in an instant.
I keep asking myself
What would I do if this is my last day on earth? And how do I know it isn't?

I remember your stroke, and your return. Glad you're still here.

As my wife said when they told her I had a stroke(she was traveling in South America) "If he's breathing he'll be OK, He's to stuborn to go that easily!"
She was right, but it's been a long uphill fight!
Now I'm trying to earn a living!
