You are completely wrong. Overtime hours make a lot more money for the employer. I just showed you why.

Deducting electricity and over time wages from that £30 earnt on a saturday a lot for the boss.

Deducting normal wages, ground rent, depreciation, salaried wages, etc monday to friday leaves nothing for the boss.


Look, I worked in an engineering company at executive level, this is precisely how you calculate the hourly rate you need to charge out at, and why overtime is such a win win for everyone.
