I get it though. If you're waiting on a bunch of low level hardware, you have to have threads spun up and ready to handle their events.
Normally you'd do that at the driver level, but not always. i guess it would depend if you need the privileges or not.
When I was growin' up, I was the smartest kid I knew. Maybe that was just because I didn't know that many kids. All I know is now I feel the opposite.

Sitting at the screen and spots a small ant (about 2mm long) walking across the screen, went to flick it away and nothing there.
I was beginning to think it was a 'feature' as I was having connection issues with a sandbox and maybe some sort of new easter egg in chrome.
Until I tapped the screen and it fell off. The thing must be be in the screen, between the LCD and the front glass. He re-appeared again a few minutes later.
For some reason my daughter has named him Geoffrey.
The spray has come out!
