One for my systems drive, one for my data drive and for the drive where I store my systems images, PLEASE!

I'll take the fastest drive I can get for the OS, but other things really don't matter. My main data store is a NAS, and my network connection is the bottleneck, not the set of 8TB spinning drives I have it running.

It's not like MP3s sound better if the bits are read faster. Even a slow spinning drive can keep up with realtime playback (even full HD video). A few years ago, when SSDs were still at a premium, I had to talk a neighbor out of buying a bunch of SSDs just to host his multi-TB music collection.

The OS, apps, some data...it makes sense...but beyond that, it's easy to get into overkill territory.
