Noticed today that my fingers looked thinner than normal, and my wedding ring slid off very easily.
So, I weighed myself. Last time I did that was 24th April (before I got this) and I registered as 74.4Kg. Today ... 69.5Kg - Five kilos in under two weeks.
So far rapid weight loss you can see, get all your mates together and go have a barbie until you catch it.
What makes me laugh is that brings my BMI down to 22.7, which the means to NHS is describing me as "Healthy". 
How am I doing? Not well - today's Surprise symptom is "Thick, solid, dark brown mucus" which if it continues is going to need a call to the doctor, as it's probably blood, and that's a bad sign.
O did manage to eat three small "biscuits-for-cheese" last night and kept them down, but nothing today, and it's been a week without coffee and that's not helping at all.

Yeah, clotting in the lungs is definitely a thing with Covid-19. You or Herself start having any trouble breathing, don't wait. GO! My Mrs. is slowly getting over her blood clots.

Rapid weight loss like that is usually fluids. Dehydration, all on its own, can cause a lot of bad feelings (think: hangover).
I, and most of us, must keep looking over our shoulder as we are still the game in Covid's hunt.

As Balboos said; hydration. Water and salts, which is why I recommended broth. Any "sports" type energy drink would do.
And just call the doctor - don't wait. Better to call once too often than once too late

I decaffeinate myself about once/year - but I taper off over a period of 8-10 days. For the purposes of this, had I not decaffeinated I'd suffer a most distressing headache. It could readily compound other symptoms from other causes.

Answering for Balboos, even though I share the same reasons. 
because I am addicted to caffeine and it is my last vice. I gave up tobacco and alcohol a long time ago.
If I give up caffeine, then all I have is water, and that is no reason to keep on living.

First, it is not terrible for you. Not why I drink it, but it is now essentially proven to prevent prostate cancer. Rather Unterrible.
And I like how it tastes.
And I like getting lit in the morning, when I'm already at max attention, to take advantage of the caffeine-makes-you-smarter (temporarily) effect: magic coding powers ensue (until about 1:00 PM or so).
A saying I made up some years ago: "Sometimes you just need better vices" and this one is really better than most (along with single malt scotch).

Nope. You mean coffee? I think your whole response might be around coffee which is not what I had said. Regardless, tomatoes also help prevent prostate cancer. So, why choose an addictive drug over a vegetable?
I can also lose weight by cutting off my leg. Doesn't make it a good idea.

Now that you mnention it, it suddenly occurs to me that after we were sent to our home offices about seven weeks ago, I haven't used my coffee machine even once!
At the office, I might drink at least one liter, sometimes two, during a normal working day. At home, I usually stick to tea (black, strong - usually Lapsang Suchong). I really was expecting that I would be brewing a lot of coffee for the home office, but that hasn't happened.
It certainly is not that my Home Coffee is any lower quality - quite to the contrary! From a rational point of view, you would expect a huge increase in my coffee budget, especially now that I am out of Lapsang Suchong and my tea provider is corona closed. It just hasn't happened. I might employ some researcers to try to find out why.

Some good Loong-Jing, if in the mood for green tea, but in some ways (for what I can afford, at least) it would just be settling.
I wonder if my taste for Single Malt Scotch is related to Lapsang Suchong being my favorite tea, or is it the other way around?

Pneumonia certainly does that to you.
I had pneumonia three years ago.
Mycoplasma is considered a mild form, but I lost ten kg. And my stamina was gone for half a year.
