Sounds fantastic - whatever happens, don't pass it up! A once in a lifetime chance.

Now that's all the more reason to make things work out while you have a chance. I'm guessing it's pretty slim pickin's in Alaska...

Reminder!
Bosco is still there!
Considering all the work that you've done today (i.e. none) you could have removed it, or not put it there in first place!

Ahhh. But tell me, is she brunnette and long legged?
Well all the best Brian, just treat her right and be responsible... (God I feel so old now, 23 is a hectic age. 22 was still young enough, but 23 is too close to 24 which is official Adult Era age... )
BTW can you speak Irish? The proper stuff I mean. I am reading a book, The Story of English (not as boring as it sounds) and there is a big section on how Gaelic and the Irish have influenced English so much. But then it tells a very sad tale of how Gaelic is pretty much dead and that Irish is not faring much better.

She's a red head and she's not very tall at all. Very small actually.

I always do and I always will. I respect women way too much to treat them wrong, besides I done enough of that when I was 15 and 16.

So... I'm nearing 22 now... I have another 2 years to go before I'm entering the "Adult Era"..

I'm not fluent but I know enough of it to get along in a conversation with a fluent Gáeilge [Irish] speaker. Irish is, sadly, dying over here but there are still areas of the country [Called Gaeltéachts] where Irish is the only language spoken. About 50% of the population have a strong understanding of the language and about 20% can speak it fluently. it seems to be dying off because it's forced upon us in school from the age of 5 or 6 and at this early stage we're still learning English. It's a pity. It's not a difficult language and the government are trying to start a revival.
However you can get Linux in Irish and google even comes in Irish too!! [http://www.google.ie/ga[^] ]
More or less everything over here is Displayed in Irish and in English.

I didn't know that there is an irish version of Goolge. Thanks for the Link !
I am a realy big fan of Ireland. I'd spent some month in Dublin years ago
when writing my diploma thesis at the DIT.
Happy you, living in the country with the best ever brewed beer
Just another question: is it much work you get from CodeProject as an editor ?
(I just think to volunteer for this job)
All the best from Germany,
Tom.

There is a bit of work to do. I'm actually finding it hard to find the time at the moment because of college work and work [paid work... it's a scourge but I need to do it in order to get money to live.. lol!!]. The best thing to do is talk to Chris. We've just taken on a new editor now so I don't know if there is a need for another editor soon but it's best to ask

I was in the "Department of Electronic and Communications Engineering" in Kevin street. I wrote an MS Windows 3.11 device driver for a special network board. That was in 1995.
I enjoyed Dublin really much. The most interesting of it was that I could go out in the evening alone but right before getting my first pint I was already in the middle of something. Amazing I didn't know that from Germany.
What are you studying ?
Regards, Tom.
