Try to find your friend or your relationship who has a credit card.
But remeber that, this book does not teach you about vb.net step by step. It assume that you already know well with vb.net. You should have a basic knowledge with vb.net then just fill up your knowledge with networking programming.

first set the properties of timer such as it's interval.
Write the navigation code on timer_tick event.

I want to make serial port communication in vb.net1.1. How do i make it possible ? . I just can't find any perticular .dll or .ocx for it in .Net1.1.
So , If anybody has information about any .dll or .ocx in .net1.1 that i include in my code , please reply. OR if any other way to make it possible

you can't do Serial Port communications unless you use .NET framework 2.0, which includes the SerialPort class.

Has anyone seen or programmed the following:
Say in excel you have are using recurently arrays of numbers. is possible to have a function that would store this array in memory with a name. something along the line of
=buildobject(Name, array). then anywhere in excel it would be possible to process, modify of this array or even display this array. Fucntion to delete those variable at the spreadsheet level would have to exist too.
I have tried to do that in VBA but I couldn't find a way of creating abitrary named global vriable from a function, the variable seems to have to be define at the vba level.

Inside my solution has 4 projects. When I opened the solution and loading those projects in Visual Studion .NET, it pop out a error message..
The application for project 'C:\projects\DRM\Setup\Setup.ism is not installed. Make sure the application for the project type (.ism) is installed.
The result was one of my project status call "Setup" is unavaliable and can't opened it...

Hello Everyone!
I am programming graphic program.i use doublebuffer technology to draw graphic to bitmap object.Using e.Graphics().DrawImage(bmp, 0, 0) to draw bitmap object to panel in panel paint event.It's really good idea.Thanks to Dave Kreskowiak.
I do need to zoom in\out the graphic.and i use e.Graphics.ScaleTransform(xscaletran, yscaletran) in panel.paint event to do it.But problem happens.pen size changed too.
i think i know something about it.The method graphics.scaletransform just draught\extrude the graphics physically.
Do i have to redraw bitmap to zoom in\out the graphic?

To clarify, you want to change the color of an item in a ListView that's inside a different application?? If this is true, then you can't do that. You would have to replace the rendering code for the ListView in the other app. This being a HUGE security violation, there is no support for doing this...

You can get the length of an array using UBound, not Len.
arr = Split("b;c;d;e", ";")
For I = 0 To UBound(arr, 1)
