Its something i was just assigned, so need a bit of guidance.
He's looking for arrays, 3 of them, like a easy/medium/hard version of the game. 6/8/10 lettered words.

Nobody here will do the work for you. But, they will be happy to help you along the way. You need to make an effort to create the project yourself. If/when you get stuck on a specific part, people here will definitely help you.
Since you haven't started the project, I suggest writing out the steps of the project (scope). You start with a high level overview of the project:
A Hangman program.
We select a random word from some source.
The user will guess letters.
We check if the letter exists in the word.
If the letter exists, display it in the correct place.
If the word is complete, the user wins.
If the letter does not exist, draw the next piece of the hangman.
If the hangman is complete, the user loses.
From there, get more specific about each of the steps until it looks like complete pseudo-code. From there, you can easily create the program based on the overview, which could possibly become the documentation of the project.

even if some one is in hurry or wants answer instantaneously, there is no harm.it is his need.if he has time why would he ask in a forum.he has every right to ask for an urgent response.nobody will ask urgent unless it is really so.there is no question of decreasing the willingness to answer.

What's your point???
This is not "The Loung" or the "Soap Box" to discuss those issues here.
This board is only for programmatic issues and questions and specially C# ones. so if you have some "Common Knowledge" posts, do it there

What is there to get angry and upset about?

Well he does live in India where they have that condom problem...
I know I'd be pissed off if I couldn't find a condom small enough to be of any real use... Silver lining: I think a company that makes zip-ties could really get a stranglehold on the "over-large" condom market there.
Ooops. Since I said "condom", does this thread need to be moved to the soapbox?

How about clueless people that don't do their own homework, and believe that everyone should do their homework for them.

You get the right to make your request extra high priority when you're paying for support. Noone here is being paid, we're all giving of our free time. I mentally file anything marked that was as something to consider answering a day or three later if I'm bored and it only garners sarcastic responses. Judging by other peoples responses (or lack there of) the only thing less likely to get a quick accurate response is obvious homework/malware creation questions.

I agree this message belongs in the Lounge, not in the programming area.
As far as the message itself:
Of course they have every right to do so. Others also have the right (and should) ignore those posts, since they are usually kids who didn't do their homework in a timely manner.

No harm in asking. No one is going to kick you or punch you in the face.
chravisankar wrote: it is his need
But does he deserve it? Needs are not automatically met, otherwise there would be no starving children in Africa.
chravisankar wrote: if he has time why would he ask in a forum.
Most people post because they (1) Don't know enough about the technology to get the right answer out of google, (2) Are too lazy to use google (3) Are trying to get someone to do their homework for them (4) ....
Asking in a forum is not guarantee of an answer, let alone a fast one.
chravisankar wrote: he has every right to ask for an urgent response
Yes, there is freedom of speech, and with those freedoms come the right to ask for what every you want. For example: I want a luxury penthouse apartment with a view of the river. Will you give it to me? It is urgent!
chravisankar wrote: nobody will ask urgent unless it is really so
Only because of a severe lack of planning. Most of the time I see "urgent" posts it is because the person didn't plan what they were doing.
I'm about to embark on some ASP.NET development work involving Master and Content pages in ASP.NET 2.0. I've done ASP.NET before, but this is my first ASP.NET 2.0 project. I am therefore researching what I can and cannot do with this new technology. That way I don't end up making stupid assumptions and code myself into a corner which then requires "urgent" assistance to get out of again.
chravisankar wrote: there is no question of decreasing the willingness to answer.
Actually, there is. When I see someone posting "urgent" or similar I often ignore it at first. My experience is that those posts are usually incoherent as well. They don't provide enough information and when they do you can see they've coded themselves into a corner and can't get out without destroying a lot of the work they have done already. I hate clearing up other people's messes and it means that I, personally, am less likely to respond. I'd imagine that there are other people like me also.
So, in summary, please do not mark posts as urgent because I, and others, will be more likely to ignore them.

I have one for you. Penthouse apartment, beautiful view[^]
It's multi-room, semi-southern exposure, built in ladder to the loft (ladder doesn't need maintenance as it is carved stone). Loft has a view of the lake too. It's a six bedroom, and a larger room for entertaining or various ceremonies you might need (kids graduation, celebrating sports win, corn's tall this year, etc.). It's a bit dated, so I can give it to you real cheap.
