i mean i want to post the article on "process based vs object based technology". i saw some articles on object based technology here in this site. is it ok to post my article here??

I don't see why it would be a problem if you do it based on your own ideas. Do mention the other articles, I am sure the authors would appreciate it.

Hi,
Wondering if anyone knows of a way in which you can gain access to information about tabs which are opened within Internet Explorer 7. I have been playing around with Pavel Zolnikov's BandObject (http://www.codeproject.com/csharp/dotnetbandobjects.asp) and would like to see if I can access information about the tabs opened during a session.

I am Final Year Engineering student. I want to get information about connection of computers at different cites.
Actually if I want to computerize a department of any company which have its offices at several cities then what steps I should follow.
Means how I can connect that no of computers in appropriate manner to get desired output.
I want to make it just like railway reservation system through in which if I enter data at same time then database must be able to prioritize data in sequence to enter in database.
Which database & platform or language I should use to code this kind of project.

You have to train it under some one who knows how to do it. This site cannot train you..

You can connect those using Network Cards/ RJ 45/ Network cables(UTP or fiber optic or GB Ethernet or any other)/ Switches etc local net work can be connect via secured Wi-Fi too

MS SQL (or Oracle) & Windows 2003 Server (or Linux) or .NET/ C# (or Java).

Hi All,
If anybody can write a article for good programming practices, it will be very helpful. When we are trying to learn a new programming language(Like C#) , There are different, different ways to do same thing. But we have no idea , which way is better or more efficient. Why don't you think to write your first article based on this topic? That will indeed be a good start.
It is nothing that you have to invent, but find the resources and combine them to form the article (Google or any other search engine/ MS technical site would greatly help you)

Does anybody have algorithm for character extraction from image ?
Where characters are deformed but in one horizontal line and vertically they are overlapping (i.e. it is not possible to separate two character through a vertical line ).........

ı have got a project.I want to circuit diagram and assembly code of controling motor.but i must to use ULN2003a chip on the circuit;
TOPIC=Multiple-Peed Stepper Motor Control and Digital Display
(To be submitted by 5 January 2006)
The term project is about writing an Assembly Language Program to control a Stepper Motor interfaced to a PC through the parallel port. The project contains the following 3 main modules:
1. Stepper Motor Driving Module (Output Module):
· The motor will rotate clockwise if f (forward) key is pressed and will rotate anticlockwise if r (reverse) key is pressed from the keyboard.
· The speed of the motor will be controlled by the external push buttons (Up and Down) connected to the PC through the parallel port. If Up button is pressed the speed will be incremented by 1 out of 10 speeds. Down button will work similarly.
2. Speed Display Module (Output Module):
· The speed of rotating motor will be indicated by displaying a single digit 7-segment display. There will be speeds from 0 to 9. The speed which is displayed on the 7-segment display will also be displayed on the monitor with its direction (clockwise or anticlockwise)
3. Up and Down Push Buttons (Input Module):
· The speed of the motor will be controlled by the two external push buttons. The speed will be incremented or decremented one by one by pushing to Up or Down buttons respectively.
