Hai Friends ,i havea doubt in implementing the master pages ,i red the articles through the google search but unable to execute without error.
please tell me clearly about the implementation.

first include a MasterPage.master in your project then
Just add a new aspx page and name it as "Sample1.aspx". Now you want to use the Sample1.master file in your aspx page. Just go to the html view of your page and add a MasterPageFile attribute in the page directive and delete all the other html that is written in the aspx page. The MasterPageFile attribute denotes that the Page is inheriting from the master page.
<%@ Page MasterPageFile="~/Sample1.master" %>
then add child page like following code.
<%@ Page Language="VB" MasterPageFile="~/MasterPage.master" AutoEventWireup="false" CodeFile="Default3.aspx.vb" Inherits="Default3" title="Untitled Page" %>
<asp:content id="Content1" contentplaceholderid="ContentPlaceHolder1212" runat="Server">

It is located in C:\WINNT\assembly folder.
it is used when more then application required same assembly functionality.

This doesn't guarantee collection, just suggest to the GC that it might want to think about it.

I want to display whole other page,not a single line.
That too the page that displays should contain the information
related to that cell value.
For ex,VehicleSN is the column and each row has different values
If mouse is over on to that column the corresponding data should be
displayed in that page.
I hope u understood the problem....

hello
i have a big map that contain 2400 images
i want to drag the map (like google map )
but only when i release mouse's key the map the drag occur and when i press the mouse's key and hold the drag dosen't occur
my code is correct for 400 images ;
any Idea?

You need to store the person name in a Session then show that session value in textbox. Its too simple....
You can also use QueryString for this purpose.

i have problem with event onclick & ondblclick
when click = onclick i will postback to Server by function __doPostback but so i haven't event ondblclick because when fist click it postback to server so not run to second click
How do i get event ondblclick ????

hello all,
am a beginner in asp.net. am creating one portal using asp.net 2005. in my portal there is no database connection. my problem now is how to i distribute this page to every one. my portal contain 4 pages only and i want to refer it like www.internalportalhome.aspx whenever i type this i want to display my portals home page. How can i do this? please help me.
In vb.net, setup and deployment is avalable, in asp.net any thing available like that ? Please help me

You will need to host your 'portal' on a web server. There are several hosting services available....you can check them out.....
Refer MSDN....
You need to create a web setup project to deploy your application on the web server......
If you fail for the first time , call it version 1.0.
