Actually i have data like in this format:

ACCCURRENCYCODE GBP
BILLLANGID 1

Our requirement is to parse this file into xml format like attribute value pairs. like:
<1aDOCSTART_3>
<genevaversion>"5.0"
<billstyle>"2"
<billtype>"1"
<billtemplate>"3"
<billseq>"1"
<billversion>"1"
<acccurrencycode>"GBP"
<billlangid>"1"
<billlangname>"English (UK)"
<billlanglocale>"en_GB"
we have to seperate the field and values and generate the xml.
pls anybody help me in this problem.

i worked in ASP.Net and there i have default 6validators,
and i am happy to work with those,
and now when i wanna Restrict my controls, i didn't found any default validator property
please suggest me the approch, to validate textbox(for now)

I need help ragarding the k-mean clustering algo. Any one have a

I have to group the hospitals, and plot them in

Hi
I'm creating a C# program to measure differences between dates.
Ive figured out how to measure the difference between two dates using DateTime and TimeSpan, but is there any short cut way on how I will be able to measure the time elapsed with just weekdays? (meaning saturday and sunday will no longer be counted when measuring the difference)

Sorry, I don't know any shortcut, but it is not such a daunting task, you need only to take special care about the working days of the first and last weeks (that maybe partial) and keep the 5/7 of the remaining...

there is 'yes' and 'no' two radio buttons for one property
and same radio buttons needed for another property
the problem is when i select one radio button other three are deselected
i have taken individual panels for two radio buttons then also same problem
so how can i group two radiobuttons for one property and another two radiobuttons for another property
