The problem you are having, has to do with way the page is constructed during a webrequest.
The site constructs the basic structure of the page and fills in the values after the controls are constructed. This is done with every webrequest, so you have to inject your controls during the period that the structure of the page is constructed.
One thing you can do is add the controls to a list in the session state and rebuild the structure from that every time the page is initialized. You will also need to fill in the values that the controls originally had.

If you cuse dynamic controls, it will lost in postbacks.
So i think u should keep its value (textboix value) to a hidden filed and and recreate it after postback and assign this hiden fild value to the dynamic control...
i didnt think it is not a good idea to use dynamic controls.It defenitley affects the perfomance..

hi,
I used UpdatePanel in one page.there is some controls in this UpdatePanel.
then I added ModalPopupExtender to page and set it's properties and then run the page. I faced with this Error :
"An extender can't be in a different UpdatePanel than the control it extends"
Please Help Me.

Its pretty self explanatory - you've put an extender control on your page that extends a control within a different updatepanel. This is a restriction of the extender framework (unfortunately, I've come across troubles with it before), an extender MUST be inside the same updatepanel as the control it 'extends'.

In my application, I am sending an unique value through QueryString to the next page and I have retrive the Query String value in the next HTML page and to get focused on the Text not on the TextBox or Value that is presented no the same page.
I have to get the QueryString value only in the HTML page as I have to use that value in HTML.
Is this possible?If yes How?
Please suggest me an Example.

Hi
If u r successful in populatating GridView at the time of Pageload without paging,here is the procedure to add paging to u r GridView.
1.First goto GridView Properties, set the value for AllowPaging to "true".Then you can see the page numbers below u r GridView.
2.Then goto Events of GridView and double click "PageIndexChanging" event and write a small code in it.
GridView1.PageIndex=e.NewPageIndex;
After this, again write the code for Binding GridView with u r table or stored proc in the same event.
It is better to put your GivdView Binding code in a function and call it in PageLoad and in this PageIndexChanging event.

Hi, suppose I want to dislay a file that was stored in a blob in the same format as the origianal file before it was sent to the database, how would I do that? I know how to read a blob but I'm not sure how to retain the formatting of the orignial file. Any suggestions will be grately appreciated, thanks for your help.

If the file doesn't contain the formatting, then that formatting is lost. What sort of file are you talking about ?

I am talking about text files like ms word, notepad, etc. So you're saying that when I display the files, they should have the original formatting?

If you open a Word file, that file contains it's own formatting, where else would it be ? The only formatting in a txt file is the line breaks and tabs, and it's up to you how you display it, if you respect those, or not.
