Hi friends
can any one help me for getting out of Iframe
in one aspx page i am having iframe
Iframe i am showing some third party url so that i can manage my session
upto this it work fine
my problem is
from this each url shows in Iframe
how can i get out from Iframe

Means you need to show URL's outside IFrame ? Set target=_parent to do this

I WAS TRYING TO IMPLEMENT THE WINDOW AUTHENTICATION .ACCORDING TO MY UNDERSTANDING I HAVE THE FOLLOWIG KNOWLEDGE TO IMPLEMENT THE WINDOW AUTHENTICATION.
BY USING THE USER.IDENTITY.NAME I CAN ASCERTAIN THE CURRENT USE AND THEN BY CHECKING WHETHER THIS USER EXIST OR NOT IN THE DATABASE.THUS , I CAN VALIDATE THE USER.
IS THIS WHAT THE WINDOW AUTHENTICATION SAYS ? i MEAN , AM I RIGHT ?

Windows authentication is usefull for intranet applications. This uses cookies to get/store information. If cookies is disabled on browser, this won't to work.

How i can get my system Password ,
Acturally i am able to retive username with this code(in asp.net)
System.Security.Principal.IPrincipal User ;
User = System.Web.HttpContext.Current.User;
domainAndUsername = User.Identity.Name;
but can u give me idea about System Password..

You won't be able to get your system password. It will be encrypted and I don't think that windows will provide class libraries to do so

Hi,
I have 3 columns in a gridview statrtAmount, endAmount, account and a btnColumn which is of type link(remove)
and I have two text boxes on a page txtStartAmount and txtEndAmount, on a button click i want to add a row to the gridview with the values of the textBoxes and the StartAmount column being 1+ the latest EndAmount.
On clicking the remove link in the row it will delete the clicked row and the subsequent rows start amount will be 1+ EndAmount of the previous row then the row deleted.
i am a little confused please help.....
Account will be just input withiout calculations and the first value of the StartAmount will be 1 on page load

create one datatable dynamically,add four columns startAmount,endamount,account and one column for ID(autoincreament)
Add rows in the datatable when u click to add values.
bind gridview with this datatable.
Now when u click on remove button then u can get clicked rows ID and U can delete rows using this ID from datatable.

looping through GridView.Rows.Count , find controls , get values and store in dataBase

It's your homework. Do you know how to use charts in crystal reports. If yes there is no specialties for pie charts.
1 - Open crystal report
2 - Set the database connection using database expert
3 - Choose the chart type
4 - Check the preview

I am using a Gridview in my project, which contains 5 checkboxes in a row. when i select a checkbox in a row i want to uncheck other 4 checkboxes (if they are checked already)in the same row. How can i perform this.

replace '<' with '& lt;' and '>' with '& gt;' (without space between & and lt; , & and gt) then use HTML tags I mean like <BR /> etc. to format your string and when displaying use server.encodeHTML(string) or may be server.decodeHTML(string) I don't remember which one to use try using both and see the result

my problem is that I am attempting to create a page with a numericupdownextender. I am creating a kind of time (1am, 2am, 3am... 6pm, etc)so that it goes up and down through it. the problem I am finding is that when I put 1am etc is that it is jumping up in 2s, and doesn't even decrease (like a normal increment should go 1,2,3, this goes 1,3...).
the following is just the snippet for the extender:
