In VB.NET for making statement a Comment you use '. If you are talking about to generate NDoc Documentation then you can install "VBCommenter" available at gotdotnet.com which is an add-in for Visual Studio .NET which can generate XML like comments but with ''' and can also generate NDoc file to generate MSDN like documentation.

The concept is the same as using a webservice from a standard windows application, except that you will have to create a "Pocket PC" project to code the client.
What you have to do is to:
1. Create a Pocket PC Application Project.
2. Add a reference to the webservice you want to use.
3. Take advantage of the functions and routines available through that webservice.
A sample call for the client would be:

I am in the process of writing a Button Bar control. The control inherits from the Windows.Forms.Panel but I only want to allow a Button to be added to control collection.
To achieve this I have written a ButtonCollection Class that inherits from Windows.Forms.Control.ControlCollection and shadowed the necessary method and properties to accept and return Buttons.
To the Button Bar class I have added a read only Property called Buttons that returns the ButtonCollection.
The problem I am currently having, is that when I now add a Button in design mode, using the Button property, I get the error message "'Child' is not a child of this parent"
This error is caused when the Paint event of the control fires :-

You can use ConfigrationManager's OpenExeConfiguration Method which returns a Configuration object use this object to manipulate your configuration file. As it is a shared Member you can access it without instantiating the ConfigrationManger Class.
For Example:
Dim Config as System.Configration.Configration = ConfigrationManager.OpenExeConfiguration(ConfigurationUserLevel.None)

The obvious way to do this is to build the string by iterating backwards over the old one, but I'd like to think there's a more elegant solution.

Instead of the for, I suggest using the provided function Join:

How can i make text appear one letter at a time on a label (ie. like a ghost is typing it) without using a huge LAME code that takes forever. Please phrase your answer as though i know nothing about coding because I tend mess up on lame instructions. Keep in mind I am going to 'ghost write' several dozen words.Example of code I am using now that i hate is below.

Sounds very much like you're at a level where you should be working through a book before asking questions on the web.
The most obvious way is to use a timer to add each letter, store the string you want to type, and just check every time the length of the text in the label, which will tell you at what index you need to add a character.

Yep - that would be your core problem. There's a base level which can only be achieved through working through a book, IMO. Until you reach that, you're not going to be able to work out anything that people tell you. I can write up this code in 20 seconds. You can paste it into your app and say 'gosh darn it, I wrote some code'. But, you didn't. if you google the things I told you to do, and you still can't work out how to do them, you're back to needing a book to teach you some fundamentals of coding.
I'm not trying to play games here or to make life hard for you. I'm trying to help you to understand the steps you need to take if you actually want to learn to program.

I really couln't care less about learning. I got time and I got a class for it. It has taken me all day today (11am:almost 8pm) to come up with a code that would take less time to write but I haven't. If you can't spare "20 seconds" out of your life to solve some poor guys problem who worked 10 HOURS on VB.NET 2008 express (not only on that problem but results that came from bordem/ trying to figure out some other stuff) then I..'sigh'never mind.
