If you wanna display the Google Ads on your site, you just need to copy the Javascript code from your Ads account. It will change automatically.. You don't need to do anything...

Do you have an account for Google Adsense?? There are three ways such as "Content ads", "Search with ads" and "Referrals" to display their ads in your site.
When you logged in to your Google Adsense account, there is a place that you can setup your ads. (I think it's second tab) you can customize the color and size of your ads.
There are some sub-categories (such as "link ads", "banner ads", "image ads" and etc) under "Content ads"... If you wanna take a look what "Content ads" looks like, you can check in my blog. Scroll down a lit bit. You will see "Links" and "Sponsers" in right side. The "Links" sidebar is using "Links ads" and "Sponsers" sidebar is using "Image Ads"
I used "Search Ads" too.. You can see "Search" sidebar at the top of right side. You can either search the content from Google or michaelsync.net. You see, there is two option boxes in that sidebars.
I don't use "Referrals" ..
So, go and login to your ads account and try a lit bit...

I just downloaded Aspnet ajax documentation from the following site

I opened the downloaded folder as a website , but during the compilation it gives me an error in

So use this control to get open file dialog box.

What is the problem ? If you're using dreamweaver, you're not using ASP.NET, are you ?
Can you even write client side javascript code in dreamweaver ?

You can't.The browser will never post the full file's path. it is for security purpose 
but you can try with e javascript before submit.
<asp:button onClientClick="document.getElementById('yourhiddenField1').value = document.getElementById('fileUpload1').value">
now you can retrive path from hidden field
