Select keyfield1, keyfield2, keyfield#, count(*)

Group By keyfield1, keyfield2, keyfield#
Having count(*) > 1
There are reams of information on cleansing said tables!

Dear all, I found problem on changing the value which have been set inside my app.config file. I would like to use a window form to change/edit the value inside my cpp.config setting at runtime. The following are my code setting for my Ap.Config file:

configuration>
appSettings>
add key="Location" value="KK" />
add key="Terminal_ID" value="CTR01" />

Why do you want to edit your app.config file at runtime? It exists to hold constants etc that are used by your app.

Its because I want to let the advanced user to change the setting of the TerminalID(define the workstation Identity) and Location(define the location of office locate) when they move the pc. So the server can track what the user running. So I need it to let the advanced user to change the key in app.config file in runtime. Thanks~!

The best way I've found is to create a settings file, which adds keys to a new section of the app.config, and can be saved at runtime, by changing the value and executing the Save method.

Exactly what I said. Add a settings file to your project properties. These get added to the app.config at compile time, but if you have an instance of this class, you can change the settings and call the save method to update the app.config

Look under MyProject in Solution Explorer, enter the setting under the setting tab
In your code use My.Settings to modify the user settings - once you find them they are really simple.

Did you read the response, do you know what Solution Explorer is, have you opened the VS IDE? 
Read the bloody response, try and follow what was suggested, I told you want to type in you code My.Settings. Intellisense will do the rest for you.
You don't manipulate the config file directly you use the My.Settings class to do it, it's built into VS, use it!

Yes,I am still running with my Visual Studio 2003 here. I didn't found any Setting tab on my Solution Exlporer. This is the things I create inside my Project now>> 2 Form, 1 Module and 1 App.Config file. And another Reference file which auto generate by VC2003. So,what should I do next my friend?

I'm wondering if someone might be able to help me. I've spent a bunch of time on this, read everything I could find, but still can't seem to crack it.
I want to load an assembly .dll into a separate appdomain, from the root directory c:\.
The assembly asm is loaded into the new appdomain fine, BUT ONLY IF ShowForm.dll is in the application default path. I've monkeyed with Applicationbase to request that the load look elsewhere, to no avail. Do I need to specify a security policy?
In any case, is this really the way to load an application into a new appdomain (one which I can subsequently unload)?

I need to create an application in VB.net that will be used for printing sheets in a printing press company. the critical points that are required are:
1. The placement of the printing figures and characters on the sheet has to be very precise.
2. Printing of rectangles with rounded shapes with exact precision.
Will this be possible through a reporting tool or is there any 3rd party tool in VB that I can use?

You can do this with your own code. Any code will print with precision of location. The issue is how precise the hardware is that feeds the paper through.

Again - the code will position with accuracy, they are at the mercy of the sheet feeder on their printer.
You can't NOT position stuff exactly. The problem is the printer needs to feed stuff exactly.

Hello. I am working with VB.Net in Visual Studio 2005 in a PC Windows Forms project. I have a DataGridView control that has a checkbox column. Some of the rows in the grid are not valid to have a checkbox. My hope is to have a column where, based on the value of a field in the row, the column sometimes contains a checkbox and sometimes contains a link. Has anyone done this or have an idea of how to do it? I've done something like this in a web project before, but the DataGridView is a very different control and does not appear to be as flexible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
