Two way:
At run Time:
You can define the all columns and fetch query accordingly.
Design Time:
Take all possible columns and set the visibility according your requirements.

I haven't used NUnit-ASP. But you can test the UI if you change your design and implement patterns like MVP/MVC. You don't need NUnit-ASP then, it can be tested using "NUnit".

You miss whole points of TDD. It's very tough to answer in this post as your question is too big. Consider reading some articles/books on TDD and come back with more specific questions. You may find a book titled "Extreme Programming" by "Ron jefries" explains the test driven development with a project. If you do a google search for "Test Driven Development .NET", you will get plenty of articles.

Hello friends,
i am developing a application and i have to implement Windows Authentication for it. This application is for Internet use. here a company will save their Attendance sheet on daily basis. we are connect on LAN through a Hub. here are 4 PC connected on star topology. They all are directly connected with network hub and we use a WORKGROUP to access our systems.
I searched it over the internet and i got that it would be done using Intranet. because it needs PC should be connected on a domain.
what should i do now?? can we create a Application using windows authentication without using Intranet/Domain ???
And we have to make it on windows authentication mode. The problem is that a lot of our customers use a workgroup configuration for their network not Domain configuration. and as i learned till now, for an application for Windows authentication works on Intranet only. so i want to ask is it possible to make application using workgroup config. where i have to use Windows Authentications??
Please reply soon, it is urgent....
Thanx

Hi All,
I need to create a Webapplication for a Progress bar showing 0 to 100% completion without refreshing a page on a simple button click.
Please suggest me an idea.....
|
|
|

Put a div. Use AJAX to check the progress count from the server. Using JS, increase DIVs width.

hi every one
i am using this code to upload two images or you can upload no of images from this code .
string filepath = "C:\\Uploads";
HttpFileCollection uploadedFiles = Request.Files;
for (int i = 0; i < uploadedFiles.Count; i++)
{
HttpPostedFile userPostedFile = uploadedFiles[i];
userPostedFile.SaveAs(filepath + "\\" +
System.IO.Path.GetFileName(userPostedFile.FileName));
}
but whan i want to load only one image then it shows error:
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Uploads\'.
when i try to search that what is going on.then i came to know that if i select 1 image only then the value of uploadedFiles 2 that why loop run two times and show error .
my prob is why it takes 2 when i select 1 image only.

Even if you are selecting one image, Request.Files will return the total upload control count. So you need to check the content length before you save the file.
for (int i = 0; i < uploadedFiles.Count; i++)
{
HttpPostedFile userPostedFile = uploadedFiles[i];
if(userPostedFile.ContentLength != 0){
userPostedFile.SaveAs(filepath + "\\" + System.IO.Path.GetFileName(userPostedFile.FileName));
}
}
gaurav mangal wrote: string filepath = "C:\\Uploads";
Use Server.MapPath always. ASP.NET won't have access to other directories in the system.

NO. It ignores the last file.

{
HttpPostedFile userPostedFile = uploadedFiles[i];
if(userPostedFile.HasFile)
{
userPostedFile.SaveAs(filepath + "\\" + System.IO.Path.GetFileName(userPostedFile.FileName));
}
}
