CStdioFile::ReadString can't read the symbol '℃' correctly [modified]

The datafile is coded in MBCS, and my application is compiled in UNICODE mode.
However othere strings are read correctly except ℃.
After read in a line, ℃ is replaced by other characters (I'm not sure 1 or 2, just looks like 2).
Who knows why? And how to make it correct?

Error on MFC Class Wizard

I created an MFC ClassWizard project and added a few buttons ect. but now, when i DubleClick a button or a combo box to set a function I get an error:

Parsing error: expected end-of-line. Input line: "DDX_Control(pDX, IDC_PROGRESS, m_Progress); prograss;"

How do I fix that?

Try to rebuild all,
or delete the .clw file,
or locate the error line, and do it manually.

One suggestion "Never edit wizard generated code". Its not that you can not but ideally you should not.

Now about your error

i think it should be only

DDX_Control(pDX, IDC_PROGRESS, m_Progress);

remove prograss; after the first semicolon.

I did all that and now it writes to me: "Cannot add new member". Why?

By the way, i located the line and there is no "prograss;" in it... I don't know why he wrote that

There is some formatting error. Due to which class wizard is not able to parse the information. Please post code for DoDataExchange() function.
Or you can try following followait's advise.

it looks proper
also verify that you have not edited anything in header file specially
//{{AFX_DATA(CTrial_DllDlg)
enum { IDD = IDD_TRIAL_DIALOG };
//}}AFX_DATA
because your member variables will be added in this segment.

It's in there but the wizard still can't connact buttons to functions

I dont know what the problem is probably you can try deleting .clw file and create the information again. But if there is some editing problem in the wizard information it will still not be able to parse the information. Alternatively if you have just started creating the dialog and it does not contain much code. delete the .cpp and .h files for that class and create new ones from template. This will reduce your unnecessary effort in finding the problem.

close wizard.
and than add again with same name.

tnx for posting, it still shows the same error but i found a way to bypass it by Right-clicking->Class Wizard, and it works from there.

use std::sort() algorithm:

std::vector<int> v;
v.push_back(4);
v.push_back(2);
v.push_back(7);
std::sort(v.begin(), v.end());

sort() works the same with std::list and any kind of container...
