The event you're talking about is nothing but an entry in a log. It's not a programming "Event". There is no programming event like you're thinking about. There is no event to subscribe to to catch this. Your code will have to watch the event log and look for the occurance of the entry you want. Goto control panel, then add/remove programs then click add/remove windows components. It's somewhere in there. Just make sure the appropriate bits for MSMQ are all ticked.
