thanks for response ,
actullay i have to manage beckend database using frontend interface as user can insert, Update and delete table record using frontend easily .
here my question is that may i use Gridview control for such operations to perform easily ?
or any other control which may help me in this regard.

Something like to manage your tables and data? If yes, for displaying data you can use GridView/DataGrid.

hi,
here i am using following code to show message from server side,
result = System.Windows.Forms.MessageBox.Show("Massage detail", "MSG Title", System.Windows.Forms.MessageBoxButtons.OKCancel);
if (result == System.Windows.Forms.DialogResult.OK)
{
Response.Write("OK");
}
else { Response.Write("Cancel"); }
it works on the local host but when web host on the server it will retun error, and also try by putting system.windows.forms DLL in bin folder but not working.
if any one have solution then plz help.

Why windows message box in a web application? You can't use that. JS is the only way to show a message box in web applications.

How to extract(or filter data) from Access Database using multiple dropdown
lists or you can say dynamic dropdown lists or either parent child DDL.
I want three DDL and on search button, user select from list one and second and third list automatically change, when user press search button,result will be shown what was selected in all three DDL.
Anyone can help ?
note I dont want ajax because my server does not support it

First bind the dropdowns with the desired dataset and kmake a key common to all.
on selected index changes event filter the second and third ddl.
Eg If you have country,state and city as dropdowns. Bind first with country id and country name, second with state id and statename and city id and city name. Country Id helps to filter the second table taht binds to state dropdown and countryid and stateid will help you to filter the third ddl.

If you want to click on a button on pressing the enter key,the set the button as Defaultbutton of the page.

Put the proper heading in subject tag.
For creating the dll,you need to create the classlibrary type project then build it.and you will get the dll in debug folder.Then add this dll as referance where you want.

I am developing a project in asp.net.
After the user login i want to provide authorization .
The resources/access rights are stored in sql server which maps to group/user .please suggest how do i proceed..
Authorization is required at the menus and also it must able protect the user from directly opening the pages by typing in the url.

Create session variables each for every right (like bit 1 for authorized and 0 for not). After login check for those in database and according to that set the session variables.

At !PostBack, check if session variables have values or not and at not, redirect to Home Page.
note: create all variables in one .cs page and render that whole page as Session (eg. SessionVariables sp = new SessionVariables(); sp = session["SessionVariables"]; where session["SessionVariables"] is created in previous page like session["SessionVariables"] = sp;)

Still confused..
After i retrive the resources from sql server in string array,i need to copy it in session then i need to check whether the resources matches the arrtribute tag for the page..if yes provide the access if no otherwise
but how do i at menu level(Navigation) & if any alternate mechanism at the page level
Please provide a sample code

Instead using .NET server control for menu, use JavaScript for menu creation. It will ease checking an also provide better design with explicit css than in-built tamplets.
