VS.NET Default Fonts Marty Spallone4-Dec-02 6:38 Marty Spallone 4-Dec-02 6:38  Anyone know how to change the font styles in the IDE. I can't find a style gallery... dialog like Word. It seems that this should be very simple but I looked everywhere and I can't seem to find out how to change the fonts. Another problem is when I create Excel.Application instead of Lotus123.Workbook.98 object, that Excel object is closed immediately and I can not handle it. Please help me to solve that problems. Have a page on http://a.com, which references Javascript code from http://b.com. That js source contains a function which itself pulls in two documents from two distinct locations (http://c.com/… and http://b:com/…), one being an XML document and one being an XSLT stylesheet. Javascript code transforms a single node and displays the result. It seems the above violates the “same origin” security policy. IE6 thinks so, too. IE responds “access denied” unless all parts come from the same domain, or unless all related domains are listed as “trusted sites”. Mozilla 1.2.1, however, does not have that concern and goes ahead. What’s going on? Which is right and which is wrong? Any thoughts? The short answer is you cannot do this with standard web controls. The long answer is you can do it using a couple of other non standard techniques, all of which invariably are more hassle than they are worth. You could write a custom control in VB/C++/Whatever and compile it into an ActiveX control and use that. Problematic though. You could do the same with a JavaApplet. Lastly you could use complex DHTML to replace the ListBox. But I guarantee that will be filled with hassles. Why do you need checkboxes in a listbox?
