Some articles don't belong to any of the existing categories. There should be a "others" category. Otherwise it may be embarassing when an article that has nothing to do with C# wins the C# award.

My evc++ article here was posted 27th Nov and yet I find it is not included in the vote list for C++/MFC articles for Nov.
Was I too late? Could it be considered for C++ articles for December or do I need to mail it and not use the wizard?
