Since the gird is filled based on the selected form values, i am using databind for the grid.

You can use select parameter in object datasource also.

Have you written code to bind the grid again on paging like:

protected void gridView_PageIndexChanging(object sender, GridViewPageEventArgs e)
{
   gridView.PageIndex = e.NewPageIndex;
   gridView.DataBind();
}

Please check same.

Guys with regarding to my article Confirm Message Box[^] the control had some issues with postback options. Now, the control handles that.

It happens most of authors, I think some members just bookmark(instead of vote) the articles when they don't have time, later they vote for the articles or forgot that. That's all. But half of them(who bookmarked) surely vote for the articles. Most of newbies just download the articles.

For example take this article. A flexible charting library for .NET[^] - 964 votes - 1,788 Bookmarks - 53,566 Downloads.

Don't worry, you will get more votes soon. Update your article with additional(must be related) details.

I told you I am not worried about points or votes (they will come later), my only worry is how to serve people so people would serve me.

but about downvotes;
if you were a soldier fighting for some reason which you think it's Noble you would like the feeling of bullets cutting through your body and also the color of you own blood covering the ground where you are standing.
it's agreat feeling. i was feeling that until some one decided that i should be shoot in the head and deleted the post.

one more thing;

When you update your article, the appropriate front page gets updated to say that the article has been updated. If you post in here, you're effectively saying that only those who peruse the questions here get to know about the updates, and that's probably not what you're after.

Hi, I want to use AnimationExtender control in Repeater.
I want to text display, when user move over image his cursor.
I downloaded example from:
http://asp.net/learn/ajax-videos/video-117.aspx
and everything is ok.

but when i add AnimationExtender control in Repeater

the linkbutton not appear in the page ?

how to use this control in repeater, and have
animation in many places ?

Hello All,

I have followed a tutorial which is fairly simple.

I have visual web developer 2008 express edition installed, with the ajax toolkit control 3.5 running. For some reason, the text box does not fill with values.

Is there any other setting I am missing? I have a simple page with textbox, and a call to a web service.

Hi guys,

IF enduser will get 404 error in my application..,

it will give him to the page cannot be found...,

Instead i want to redirect him to some specific page...,

How can i do that?

You can use the web.config to do it like this:
