That was fast....
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Since apparently I have been living under a rock for the last month or so, what is the process being implemented here with the pink list. Are the all-mighty senior members reporting the user accounts to get them suspended with these lists?
I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.

These accounts are false accounts established for the purpose of pushing spam via links in their profiles or messages posted.
Myself, Nagy and Pete as well as a few others, get bored now and again and trawl the profiles looking for them. Post the list here and then everyone can visit the profile report it, and after 5 reports the account get nuked. No more spammer.
Its almosts a daily occurrence now, and Nagy christened it the Pink List.

Have you noticed you sometimes have to wait a couple of days?
i.e. the account gets created today, but they don't update the bio until say saturday?

It would be nice to have a notification area that notifies us of response to our answers, posts and comments. There are times when we do not have access to our personal emails (when in office) and do not know someone has replied to our posts, answers and comments.
|
|
|
|

I second that
Another reason is sometime we are getting notification mails after some delay(when CP servers in maintenance).

Nice Suggestion.

I also felt the need today. OP had commented to my answer yesterday, link[^] but I couldn't reply him on time because I didn't reopen the page nor I checked my email. I replied him today, but its already late.

I'm not sure what this person[^] is up to, but take a look at all his/her Q&A comments, and the link that they point to.

I just posted this on GIT also. I think this is fake...

I see the message in the C# forum also. It's probably fake. If it is true, why would we hear about it from a newbie?

Does the length of membership really matter when there is no contribution? He hardly had 100 points or so (His profile has been deleted now).

Yet still managed to post another time in The Lounge.
Every man can tell how many goats or sheep he possesses, but not how many friends.

Yes; I was a member for over three years before I became involved in the forums, but I spent a lot of time reading articles on the site.

That's incredibly offensive. We'll have a word.

I don't think this guy gets it. He must have been one of "those" students at one time who would ask for "codez plz urgentz" to get through school. In his mind, it appears that this behavior is acceptable.
I say squash him like the little bug he is, Chris.

Too funny. I guess I would trust his site with all the plain text username/password/email information that would be available. With any luck, he'll also have no encryption in the interface whatsoever as well as tons of sql injection vulnerabilities.. At least that is based on the question you reference.
I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.

Ofcourse. The terrible thing is they completely plagiarized the things(Including Chinese forum).

Chris, I have deleted all spam-comments(around 10.....contained that site link) of the first spammer. I don't know the member id of the 2nd spammer. Check if any comments by him.
