We have contacted the owner of the site and I will be contacting our lawyers today so they can discuss it with him more clearly.
This is totally unacceptable.

He is the administrator of the ripoff site. Funnily enough he has posted a forum message about how to use Kultura over there and asked a (poorly phrased) question about it here on Q&A.
