I just changed the title to "Interested in creating a project in' ''online councillling" in asp.net" and had no problems.
What were you trying to change it to?

I wonder what the average age of a uni-voter is. I just can't see a group of 35+ year old's running around 1-bombing the countryside.
On the same thought pattern, I believe I read that most, not all, virus authors are around 14-18 years of age.

You could, at least, give out some hints though. I haven't seen anything you've done that justified the univotes, but I did have a suspect (but he tends to target articles - have you upset a certain HWSNBN lately?)
