Cannot download code.Downloaded file is always logon.asp(I have been logged on).Why? Can anybody help pls?

I just rejected an applicant for a group since it's kinda 'members only' group (no, don't try to twist that  )
The problem was that I wasn't able to give any explanation why the application was rejected so it would be nice to have a text box for explanations. This also applies to approvals:
"Hi,... welcome... hopefully you feel comfy..." and so on

Whatever change you uploaded related to comments in Q&A:
1. All the comments are gone,
2. I see 'Show deleted' option enabled, on click of which nothing happens.
In middle of something?
BTW, I did Cntrl+F5 to make sure I have the latest files.

Problem is with chrome only, not with firefox din't tried any other browser.

Looks like your Chrome is messed up. Perhaps cleaning out cookies/cached content may help.

I am unable to see page properly it becomes fluid, automatically. And I can't even see the bottom options fixed|fluid
What's happening?

I can see the page properly in Firefox, problem is with chrome.
But before it was working properly in chrome also.
