I've noticed that I haven't gotten any rep points for posting QA solutions (like it never happened )... with all of this rep point mess, I'm not sure if it's the same problem or not, just figured I'd reported as a bug.
I'm also noticing I have no life posting to CP at 11PM at night on a Saturday... 
[edit] I should say working at all, you do seem to get the points when someone upvotes your solution or it gets accepted, just not when you initially post it.

I've just uploaded some new code (speaking of 11pm on a Saturday night...) that has fixed the final few rep issues the error logs have been showing (and the error count is still at 0) so if you are still not seeing rep points accumulating then please let me know.
Just because you don't get the points doesn't mean you have not helped someone who is probably at their wit's end trying to get something to work. Focus on that.

...just thought I'd report it because I noticed it this last week and it's still happening. Last solution posted to QA was at about 40mins ago. I switched over to the C++ forum now and posted a solution there, I didn't see those points either. It doesn't show up on the points history as ever happening.

following on from Alberts post yesterday, I have to confirm I have had this problem too (please this isn't a moan about rep points), since you announced there was a issue around the reputation points. because I use the rep history to navigate to previously answered questions.
to give you an example
[c#] tabcontrol, change the color to whole tabcontrol[^]

Hi,
Now, the HTML code of the style of my CodeProject name is this:

But when I try to set the style of my name into this:
<em style="color:red"><b>ProgramFOX</b></em>
I get this error:

But when I count the characters, then I count 44 characters.
And 44 isn't greater than 50.
Is this a bug?

if yes
What about lost reputation points?
In my case there is also another problem when I answer any question in QA I did not get any authority points(not getting these points from 23 Nov) and also it does not comes in my Reputation History.
I dont know whats happening?

On the left nav bar, how about a "Favourites" standalone nav bar?
A logged in user can go to any forum, and "pin to favourites" and these would appear as a single list to provide quick access and also show if these favourites have new posts.
I think since the site redesign, I don't find myself wandering into many of the forums now, probably because of the new design and less visibility in the left nav bar.

Dave, I have also noticed that I don't venture into the forums as much because of the new collapsed navigation menu. Your suggestion might solve that, but I would rather be able to see the whole menu.
I actually just came across this CP page[^]. Forget about the page content and look at the navigation bar. It really is very long and I can see why they decided not to display all of it, but I think I would like to have the option - perhaps in the bar where you set up the other forum options (Profile popups, Spacing, etc.).

Yesterday I noticed that forums for blog posts that are in approval queue have gone missing. Is that intentional?
There are 3 blog posts by 'Vasil Trifonov' currently in approval queue, it has formatting issues and I wanted to post and tell author about it using blog's message forum - it's not there.
Bug or forum has been removed?
